Please use this form to pay your Dedham Choral Society membership dues and, if you are able, to make an additional supporting donation, as dues do not cover all of our expenses. Choose or insert the information requested in the  boxes below. Items marked with a red asterisk (*) are required for processing.

Please note that new members or members who are returning after being away for more than one concert term (Fall or Spring) will need to audition before participating in live rehearsals. Absences from Spring 2020 or subsequent concert terms when we have been unable to rehearse in person due to the pandemic are not counted as absences for returning members. Thank you!

When we resume concert performances, we will want to recognize our donors in our program booklet. Select "No" if you prefer to be listed as Anonymous.
^ Insert your name or "in honor of ___"/"in memory of ___," etc. If left blank, we will use the name(s) provided at the top of this form, unless you select "No" for Sponsor Listing above.

If errors are detected, they will be flagged for correction before you can submit. Once submitted, you will be directed to PayPal, where you can pay by selecting "debit or credit card" even if you do not have a PayPal account.
